Ordered both a decorative box and a bag of Kremlinka cherry candies which were absolutely delicious and enjoyed by all. Also ordered the Pushkins Fairy Tales calendar which was lovely, and the price more than reasonable. I was expecting an email with tracking info that I never received, but discovered I could get that info by simply going back to the website to check my order. I found the shipping costs to be quite high, and the few small (and rather light weight) items I ordered were shipped in a very large box with tons of packing peanuts. This could have easily been shipped more cheaply through USPS Priority mail. But the items were received in a timely manner and I was pleased with everything. Will definitely order again but hopeful that they will rethink their shipping options. All in all, a very good experience.

Great service and prompt delivery even in times like this! The website makes it eas to find what I am looking for even though I don’t know the Russian language at all! My items all came in one piece, nothing was broken or damaged. I will absolutely be ordering from them again and again!

It is always a pleasure to do business with Russian Food Direct. They have lots of very tasty candies, cheeses, meats, and collectibles from nesting dolls to calendars to flasks. They have very good customer service and fairly quick shipping rates. I highly recommend.

Ok, I will put it simply- without RUSSIAN FOOD USA we would have been DEAD several times! We came to USA in 2005, my kids born in RIGA, everything we were eating was causing SEVERE ALLERGIES to all three of us, so I desperately searched internet a found this store and IT SAVED OUR LIVES. I ordered huge box of soups, breads from Rīga, cheese from Bauska, Russian Jans, AND voila! No more allergies! Eventually our bodies slowly adjusted but still, American food just isn't, well, food as we know it, so whenever we need yummy, healthy, natural things, or when we need our holiday Zefir, we come shopping here! Everything is always carefully wrapped and packaged for shipping, they offer free shipping if u spend $150, which is easy to do, and usually things arrive quickly. My two adult kids and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE,we are long time clients, and plan to shop here forever, because they sell everything we LIVE. And so, we live THEM TOO!

14 oz Krinos taramasalata is very difficult to source and shipping prices are kooky! I lucked out with RussianFoodUSA.
I bought 1 dozen, qualified for free shipping, and within 6 days or so I was enjoying this superb product with a large tumbler of chilled vodka.
Well packed in thermal material.
